Fnb worst customer service! They can not help me.

Your service is so frustrating! There is a hold on one of my accounts and I have called the call center. Emailed the legal department and still no answer! I need to know what to do to remove the hold from my account!

This is the worst service from a bank! I have asked for a number to call to sort this out and nobody can give me a number! I am yet to get a response from the email that was sent.
