FNB worst customer service ever

I have had such a bad experience getting my money back from FNB funeral. Their consultants have no clue what they are doing sending me from pillar to post with my premium refund for over a month. The worst part is that there is no escalation process, all im told is that their team leaders have other important things to do and will try and see they can call me today. I want my money today!
