FNB - Worst customer service ever!
I left FNB in 2019, and I've been trying to close a revolving loan with FNB since June 2024. They keep saying the account is in credit and they need to refund me before they can close the account. I finally got them to refund me on the 16 Sept 2025, and literally on the 18 Sept 2025, their collections department did not close the account, they HANDED ME OVER!!!
This is just crazy!!!!
And phoning FNB is like a maze, you have to speak to 10 departments before you get to the correct one! Worst customer service ever!

02 Oct 2025, 09:27So, this account is still not closed!!! At least FNB said they made a double payment, that's why the account was in a negative, and they will write it off, BUT IT IS STILL NOT CLOSED!!! What is the holdup? It's been more than a year trying to close this account!!!!!!
