FNB worst customer service ever

This has been the worst experience i have ever had with FNB, you guys can kiss my business away after this pandemic, i have been calling you guys every single day without any answer and once answered youbjust transfer me from extension to extension with no one that can assist me,

I have applued for relief on my home loan account, but all you manage to do is just give me another loan after knowing that i am jobless...

After i found out that i do have an retrenchment policy that is supposed to come into play, but no one seems to be able to assist me with this
