Fnb worst customer service!

Law on call from fnb is pathetic, I lodge a claim since 15th February and now almost a month later no response and also no further response since submitting a complaint on hello peter,but this is not strange as FNB service is poor and they really don't want to help customers...pathetic service from FNB And law on call!
