FNB worst customer service

This bank has the worst customer service ever. The home loan division is worse. Their processes takes time and they don't communicate. I am their client but I have to do the calling and emailing. Their bankers as well not effective at all. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied. No client retention at all. other banks are giving better offers than my bank FNB. I lost 2 properties I was trying to buy via home loan already. Please take your staff to customer training they sure need it.
