FNB Worst customer agents !!!!

FNB is the most frustrating bank to ever wok with!!! HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?? This is just paper cos non of their agents can assist, I am trying to stop early debit orders, that FNB took today from my account, God only knows why?? which is now going to effect my Insurance debit order to go unpaid again, and my policy being cancelled!!! Now how can they help me???? by transferring to 8 agents up and down and no help!!! explain the same story to all of them, only to end up here, cos of the lack of help from any of them !
