FNB WORST CLIENT RELATIONS

I wrote a review last week and FNB did a reply, I mailed them explaining what I want, they informed me my account was handed over to legal and I have to contact them Connack Muller & Co worst review ever on this platform.

I mailed FNB about I don't know how many times even on '***' but still no reply!!!!

Why is it so difficult to let me know why I was not phoned and mailed with this special offer May 2024 I have a discounted offer if I settle my account.

But no why should they worry I'm just a number there is NO CLIENT relations at FNB at all......FNB must realize without clients more and more branches will close down like they currently are
