FNB worst bank!! Zero help!

I have had an unauthorized debit order on my account since April 2020. I tried to phone FNB in April and May to stop and reverse the debit order. They just continue to put you through to a robot.. which then says to use the app. On the App you can only apply for Covid-19 relieve (a loan!!) which is not what I want! The company that can stop the debit order is still closed with no contact available. I phoned FNB again after staying on the line for almost 1 hour without success. And then after telling them I am a premier client offeres private banking and they cant assist. They just inform me sorry the queue is long and the will only able to reverse the last 40 days? I am Frd up with FNB. I am going in tomorrow and closing my accounts. FNB will not see me again. I have paid for a debit order now for 4 months! Taking this to the ombudsman. It is ********l!
