FNB worst bank - worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst worst worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted FNB and was transferred 6 times to different departments with no help!!!!!!!!! i just want to know where are my childrens FNB cards that I have been waiting for, for 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are arrogant and do not even listen to what i have to say, still i am left no without a clue as to where the cards are. The easy chat does not help, they also say they cant help me! how is this so diffucult!
