FNB - Worst bank to try to contact

Worst bank ever to try to contact. Months have gone by and I can’t get them to remove simple things from my account which I am not making use of but which affects my credit reports. Whenever I call my calls get dropped, call centre agents leave me on mute and then eventually drop the call or the automated service just plays on loop and I don’t get to speak to anyone. Why do I need to get angry everytime I try to contact my bank? Why do I pay bank fees for a service which doesn’t work?? I am infuriated! I hate this bank so much right now. I have work to do but I end up spending half my day just trying to speak to someone until eventually I need to give up.
