Fnb worst bank to deal with

Fnb is the worst bank I have ever dealt with I have recently opened an account for my son online money went into his account it was blocked I went to the branch and they said it would be sorted in a few hours after that few days past money is still blocked. Then I phone in and then they tell me it's a *****ulent account and money will be sent back to sender and long stories. Very Unreliable financial service provider.
