FNB WORST BANK TO BANK WITH IN SA

I use to think FNB was the best bank when it comes to service,my money was transferred from my account called them in January call and asked them where the money was transferred to and by who...they told me they don't know but will investigate,.up to this day i still call and hold for more than 30 minutes with no assistance, or feedback on what happened to my money.So disappointing especially after after I have been with them for years and year. wouldn't advise anyone to live their banks for FNB if this is how they treat their clients.
