FNB Worst Bank on THE PLANET

Fnb is the worst bank ever, i have endless problems with FNB. I downgraded to an Aspire account a year ago and they still charging me for premier account. Money is missing from my account, when i query this not one person can help me. They are always apologizing for their mistakes. Ineffective process. I am closing my account with this bank. People Use Capitec, **** like this does not happen. Almost 2 weeks ago i went to the FNB claremont branch, i queried the passport application where my payment wasnt tying upo at FNB, the branch manager says you cant get a refund, best way is to pay again to get your passport.

FNB is the biggest joke, they do not care about their clients, if you not private wealth you just a number in their eyes.
