FNB worst bank in the country.

This is not the first complaint. Even after I have complained several times the bank can not get it right. me loan is not in arrears. FNB sends me a emails admitting that my loan is not in arrears and the next day sends me a SMS, message on the app and a very snotty phone call to ask for money. Then to top it off they actually puts the facility on hold. The absolute incompetence is astounding. Bad IT, bad business process and bad communication skills and channels. Even when they as assign someone to sort the problem, it does not get sorted. This is month 13 of this hell. No respect and no pride in their own brand or jobs. Stay away.
