FNB, worst bank in South Africa!

My attorneys have requested bond cancellation figures on 7 July 2021, followed up several times in the last two weeks. FNB has failed to send through these figures and in the process putting my transaction at risk. FNB is honestly the worst bank, ever in South Africa. I have used the chat function, they are useless too. The opened a case, reference number below.
