FNB... Worst bank in South Africa?

I used to be with Standard bank private banking, but I moved to FNB due to SB's lack of service. Boy, was I surprised! FNB make SB look like the king of customer service. FNB took more than a year to correct my name on my account and any form of query results in a two hour process... that is once you get someone to respond. If you thought of moving to FNB, DON'T you are better off at another bank!
