Fnb worst bank in south Africa

Fnb is the worst bank now . I was at the branch in Bloemfontein and the girl who was assisting I know her from my hometown she gave bad service. She called landline and left me there until I leave without even knowing that I got help or use her computer to check how far is matter.

I used payshap to pay For capitec so that money goes off immediately. I lost R5400 from fnb and the person I opened despite she is nowhere to be found. My money disappeared on Sunday till today 30th July I can't get my money back .
