FNB worst bank in history- zero customer service

Wish I could give you a zero rating... I posted a review last week Thursday, it's already Wednesday again. Tomorrow would be a week that I have not heard anything from you.

I am sure my complaint was escalated to the man on the moon and that is why no one has bothered to call me to get this resolved. But that is the problem in South Africa these days... there's absolutely no Customer Service.

Thinking of switching over to a new bank. In all my years that I have been banking with FNB have I never experienced such pathetic service.
