FNB Worst bank in Africa false advertisiing and not user friendly, cant access your money

I opened a business account with FNB so that I can withdraw from my paypal account but it doesn't want to verify my card or account, I have been trying to resolve this for weeks and not one person can assist me with this, I believe that FNB are the biggest **** that I have ever worked with I would like this resolved or I will go to the media to exspose then for their bull that they are advertising
