FNB WORST BANK! HIGHEST BANK CHARGES EVER!!!

2nd COMPLAINT!!! FNB Complaints team clearly don't have clue on how to resolve COMPLAINTS!!!So I have a FNB account of which I do the same transactions every single month by my surprise this month Dec 2022 I get a bank charge of R305 plus additional R105 monthly fee plus R45 fee...I called FNB call centre only to be advised charges for R305 is for all the FNB ATM withdrawals and ewallets bare in mind I did nothing different compared to previous month's , I am furious!! Asked the agent to escalate call to her manager only to be told the manager is "in a meeting" which is a known lie to call centres as I currently work at one I asked if there was a time frame of which the manager will call me back no time frame!!!the agent made things worst by not listening to me as a customer I have NEVER EVER CAME ACROSS A BANK WHOM CHARGES R500+/- FOR CHARGES FNB IS ****ING ROBBING PEOPLE!!!
