FNB Worst Bank for SMME's

I never thought I would see the day FNB would become as useless as Standard Bank and ABSA. Can't wait for Capitec Business Banking. How does FNB allow people to report an account as receiving ********** funds and then suspend that account without investigating. Mr Innocent Hlongwane from their risk department blacked my business account after sending him proof that my customer actually got what they paid for. Subsequently other customers have paid for goods and services into this account. So now I cannot service my other customers because of FNB *******ly suspending my account. Further more. My back Card expired in July and have been trying to get a replacement card since then. Case 2: I opened a second business account for another business a year ago. I have never received a bank card for this since then. Needless to say. As soon as I can get to the bank I will close both my accounts. I cannot pay these exorbatant fees and be treated like this. FNB YOU ARE NOT SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY AT ALL. I would rate you -11 if I could.
