Fnb worst bank ever!!*****s!!

I'm frustrated that @FNB has placed a pledge on my account for the second consecutive month, with no resolution. Despite multiple attempts through @FNB Secure Chat,And i even have a private banker that i pay extra for! for the issue remains unresolved. This lack of effective support is unacceptable and I request immediate action to rectify the situation.They are Violating, my privacy and Confidentiality with no regard and no solution @FNB i Literally feel like I have no control over my hard earned money nor my account. ITS LIKE FREE FOR ALL?!?! @FNB worst bank ever!!!
