Fnb WORST bank ever

My husband has been retrenched from work before the lockdown. We tried to use our insurance on fnb loans as we have no income and during the lock down my husband can not find other work. Fnb has been of NO help. Woodbridge square branch has the worst attitudes. My husband was there today for more than 2 hours risking himself to the virus to try and sort this out. Absolutely no help from them and the attitudes they have to clients are disgraceful. When asked their names they refused and ignored him. The call centre is a dead end as you hold on for more than an hour listening to a computer giving info that is of no help. Then you get cut off. No one who eventually picks up are willing to help!! Why were we then told to get insurance and PAY for it but when needed you are not helped . Fnb does not care about clients or humans in general. We can not pay loans , we tried doing our part but fnb refuses to help. Pathetic
