Fnb worst bank ever.

I have drawn money from a standard bank ATM with my fnb card. Machine went of and took my card and the R2000 that I had withdrawn. Went to the fnb branch 3times now without any success. Waiting 6weeks now. Then they stole my card at a ATM and within 2min they withdraw 20 000rand that was 2weeks ago and no ***** nr after my report. No one contact me or have send a reference nr to me. How pathetic is this for a business that has an account at fnb. I have even report this on their complaint log so next step now is Facebook.
