FNB worst bank ever!

To whom it may concern,

I have never thought I would reach a point of being so disgusted in FNB. From the service I received is the worst compared to any bank. I have been back and forth from branch to branch. Call center the worst my calls have been dropped numerous times, No call back till this day. My account has a ***** investigation open. My FNB Connect sim that i pay for monthly is allocated to another person and Money missing. My account is blocked due to investigation for a month no access to anything or even an update. My funeral cover lapsed due to no payment. If I died who's covering my funeral. I have taken this matter further and my lawyers are involved. This is and will never be a bank that will help you. False adverti*****t!
