FNB WORST BANK EVER

Hi I am a fushion private banker at FNB. I'm having problems as they can never respond to me, when I call they put me on jold for 30min plus then cut it. My private banker Valencia Pillay stop accepting my calls. To my knowledge this is pathetic service. My account is Frozen the account which I don't even use and I have been listed on the SAFPS for god knows what by a women called Queen Qoma. It's been over 2 months that I'm trying to get hold of someone that can tell me what's really going on as atm my business is at risk as well as my life as I have no way to get to my money. Please there need to be some sort of justice that needs to be done. When I went to the branch on umgeni junction they tell me they don't close accounts there. PATHETIC IS A UNDERSTATEMENT.
