FNB Worst bank ever!!!

I am beyond disappointed at the idiotic, incompetence of FNB, I have been a loyal client for so many years, yet, now that I need them for a change, they are simply not interested in assisting me. Back Story, I lost my job during Covid, I got another job, but at a fraction of my previous salary, recently, my vehicle broke and I wanted to apply for a small personal loan, however, in doing so, this stupid idiots told me that my ex wife had an outstanding overdraft, I explained that we have been divorced for 14 years and that this had nothing to do with me, I supp**** them with divorce letter and documentation to support this, they then told me it will take 5 working days to process, 2 weeks later, I was still waiting and contacted them, a Patricia tried to assist, but every time, it was a different story, eventually they told me that I qualify for a credit card with a value of R15000.00. I opted for this as at this time, my vehicle was already at the repair center because FNB said that my card would be ready in 24 hours, Once again, I had to contact them to no avail, eventually I was told that my card arrived, excitedly, I went to fetch it, only to get there and realize that the idiots ticked the Debit card option instead of Credit, I was about to lose my cool there but kept calm, they started the whole process again, they told me that my payslip and salary deposit did not match, I took them a letter from my employer, stating clearly that a portion is paid into my account while the other part is deducted beforehand for rent as I live on my employers property. Now, all of a sudden, FNB comes with bull**** that my Tax returns for 2021 and 2022 is outstanding, FFS, this is because my salary is too low to qualify for Tax submission, I told them this, Now they come with UIF. Why the hell now, after telling me that everything has been approved, I took my vehicle in for repairs now you do this to me, Pathetic, I thought Absa was the "appy bank" You are worse. Now I have all this extra costs and embarrassment of towing my vehicle back home because of your unwillingness to assist.
