FNB Worst Bank Ever

How can FNB remove the option from their call center agents to reverse debit orders, now they do double debits and when you call them to reverse it, it becomes a problem that they can't do it, they tell you that it was done because of Covid-19 that's bull now we don't have money and they just do as they please knowing that you can't reverse. This is bad bad bad FNB come on.
