FNB Worst bank ever
My account was put on hold because I transferred money from my bank in Doha where I work to my south African bank FNB to send money to my family for groceries in this terrible time we are living in. I have spoken to three agents all of which were completely *********** , one actually told me there is a delay because it is a Sunday. It has been 24 days I have complained at the bank sent more than 5 emails to different people and it is still not solved. How can a bank stop you from sending money to your family in need, in this situation the world is in.

27 Apr 2020, 16:23Its has been three days and still no response or updates and before this review I filed a complaint on my own on the 8th of April and another complaint on the 21st of April and none of it has gotten anywhere. Soon my banking fees will be deducted and I have not even been able to use my bank account for the whole month. I am getting very inpatient.
