FNB worst bank ever

I am luckily not an FNB client. I feel sorry for the clients that have to struggle woth their incompetence. My client paid me on the 30th of August at 9 in the morning. Today it is the 6th and still no payment. We have been on the phone with them probably 10 times and still no joy. I even went to Nigel branch and spoke to the manager but with no help at all. I was going to move my business to them but after this I won't even consider it.
