FNB Worst bank ever

Worst bank ever, block my account without any notification or warning because apparently my KYC documents isn't in order. but the account was opened a week ago and I had to go to the bank with my documents to collect the card, so how can my documents not be in order. Then yesterday they requested that I email my documents through to them after hours on the phone. Now today my account is still blocked and they say its because my documents wasn't certified on 28 April 2020 but on 11 March 2020. Which is less than 3 months ago so what is the problem? How can they block my account that is barely a week old without any warning?
