Fnb Worst bank ever

I have a loan with fnb, in January, the debit on the loan stopped deducting, I called in numerous times but they keep sending me around. Now the loan has started 2 double debit, taking my full salary every week. I contacted the call centre but the refuse to assist me! How it is so difficult to set up a proper payment plan?It's absolutely disgusting, I'm going to move to a different bank It is ********* and against regulations to refuse a consumer the right to set up a proper payment plan.
