Fnb worst bank ever

I went to a FNB ATM on the 18th of January 2021 to withdraw money,But the machine did not release the money,as i am 9 months pregnant i couldnt go to the branch as i was dizzy and felt unwell so i tried to use their internet and cellphone portals to resolve this matter,they said i must wait for their call but they didnt call me back.Then i went to the branch and i did what they required of me..now it has been 3 weeks they keep on telling me they are still investigating...I have sent them many emails still no response,i cant be going back and forth being pregnant during this corona pandemic...FNB is the worst bank ever ...if there is anyone who can help me my numbers are ***
