FNB worst bank ever

I am terribly disappointed in FNB I went into their Grassy Park Branch, at that time in July my fees owing was less than R700, requested closure of account Was redirected to a telephone line, asked them to cancel debit orders The branch couldn't help me at that time for whatever reason... Anyways Been requesting all the time for debit orders to be cancelled... Guess what now in October Balance over R2000.... And me, I'm not working full time What's going to happen now, because FNB does not seem to care.... And balance just keeps on increasing What a *******, worst bank ever
