FNB WORST BANK EVER!!

I am disputing my balances owing at my debt review company, which requested that I get all balances and statements from my only creditor, which is First National Bank (FNB). I've have used ALL platforms possible to obtain my balances from FNB, but NOBODY gets back to me or even replies! I've sent and re-sent emails after they referred me to another department, the FRB Debt Review department. No response. I've been to my FNB branch, sat there waiting in a queue for 1 hour, only to hear that the consultant will have to send the FNB legal dept an email, requesting statements, which he did. ONCE AGAIN, never heard from them again. Then I was give a 087 phone number to call, where the consultant redirected me to send an email to ***, WHICH I ALSO DID. ONCE AGAIN, no response. This is MY BANK ACCOUNT, I am just asking for my statements and balances and am being DENIED my civil right to this information?!! CAN NO-ONE HELP ME?!!!
