fnb worst bank ever

<p>Hi i wrote a review about a month ago saying that fnb after paying back all the money i owe them still didnt send all the paper work to update my status on the itc list. I got a call from them the next day promising me that they have sent all the documents to the right people it would take 21 days to update my status. It is more than a moth ago and still no update on my status. When is this nonsens gonna end they are quik to hand you over to there legal department and make your life hell for not paying but assoon as you pay them they still put you throuhg hell by not doing what the promise to do. I will never ever recomend fnb to anybody because they give you the worst service of any other bank. I am think about getting a laywer to sort this out because it seem like they just dont care about their customers.</p>
