FNB worst bank ever

I opened a savings account at FNB in December and I am sure the consultant opened policies without my consent now it's not even a month yet I am receiving SMSes threatening me of lawyers if I do not pay. It's the second time now facing this challenge. Last time I ended up not even paying that deposit to open the account but this time I paid it immediately.
