FNB worst bank ever

This bank has become the worst bank ever. I am struggling now for 4 months to get my Credit card. I can not access my surplus funds or do anything without the physical card. I ordered numerous times cards to be delivered at the branch. They communications is so useless the cards alway get lost. They are the worst bank ever and the help centre's are even worse!! I hope they lose all their clients and close down. FNB is a **** show! The bank branch tried to help, but due to their impossible procedures, they could not help.
