FNB - Worst bank ever

I struggled for more than a month to get my home loan rate reviewed. After paying more than 1 million rand into this thing in a short time of only 3 years.

I struggled for more than 2 weeks to cancel a share saver account that is STILL running and debiting. I have R15 000 floating around somewhere in between accounts, nobody knows where it is, nobody cares... I get no feedback on anything unless I follow up.

I also ask them to call me between certain times because I am in meetings and then IF they do contact me they do so whenever they want and if I miss the call they just tell me "well we tried to reach you but you did not answer"? Do you not understand that you are wasting my time and frustrating me while charging me a lot of money to be treated like this?
