Fnb worst bank ever

I have also tried, first the investigator is Zanele, than its an Innocent Mbele so I’m not even sure myself.

I called ***** and asked for contact details they gave me an email address but I insisted upon a contact number they gave me ***, when I called this number it says it does not exist.

I called back and asked for a number that works for Innocent Mbele or Zanele, I was told they have not giving me her mobile number.

I have since emailed Zanele but no response. If you go check hello peter reviews well the 3 i checked all 3 complain about zanele mbele?????? isnt that strange

I than done a little bit of research and attached screen shots… you will see what I found, not to my surprise another FNB client going through the exact same thing as me.

I bank with you guys to keep my money safe, but since December account blocked 3 or 4 times due to FALSE CLAIMS/SUSPSION! ********** transactions going off my bank that I did not approve, the incorrect cell phone number on my profile….. and the list goes on and on.

The terrible and desperate situations Ive been put in because I cant access my own money which I work God Dam hard for is ridiculous it is INHUMANE. Do you have any idea the amount of interest ive had to pay back due to having to take loans from pawn shops because I cant access any of my bank accounts?????

The position Ive been in with not a cent to get my daughter to school, or even buy her the specific sports uniform she needed so she was kicked off the team! To help my mom with her medication for diabetes, she landed up being rushed to hospital in an ambulance? In December I got COVID when I was in Durban to see a client, I couldn’t get a covid test, so I couldn’t fly back, I had to stay in the hotel for an extra 3 nights at R1700 per night, I couldn’t even buy medication when I had covid, nothing to eat, no airtime, no uber, NOTHING, AND THIS WAS OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON! 20TH OF DECCEMBER to 1 DAY BEFORE XMAS!

I am a single mother, who does not get any maintenance, supporting my own mother, my 2 younger sisters and a dog! I am the only one that works and brings in an income… and you guys keep blocking ALL OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS????

Do you think this is fair??

I mean surely the R10 000 rental payment that comes into my account from my tenant cannot be the reason you guys keep blocking my accounts? Does someone at fnb have a vendetta against me? Whats the real reason, please shed some light on this, because to me it seems like ABUSE taking away my hard earned money I use to keep me and my family alive! Or you guys are trying to ***** my money r ***** my account or something because its extremely strange that my accounts are frozen yet there are transactions of R30 and R50 that still manage to go off and its not me???

Also strange that the day you managed to get my accounts unblocked that same night there are transactions of around 10k that went off that I didn’t do, and no notifications were sent to my phone nothing…..

I AM LIVID, if this matter is not sorted tomorrow I will take this to social media, news paper, hello peter, a lawyer, court, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, magazine, digital advertising/information forums.

Every time I go to my branch, they never resolve any issue! I really think you guys should relook at some useless peoples employment contracts and perhaps award others like you who go the extra mile.

You know that feeling of serious hunger, so bad that u feel nauseas…., that’s what I feel right now. No petrol, no smokes, no food, no airtime to call! Mom and daughter stuck in cape town with not cent for the holidays….. and for what?
