FNB Worst Bank Ever

I have app**** for a Home loan with an amount of R920000-00. FNB came back with an approval of R820000-00. As per FNB i needed R1000-00 more a month to qualify for the affordablity required to get the R920000-00. I went and settled 2 retail accounts, one on my name and one on my wifes name worth R12000-00 and closed these account as per FNB requirements. The two account monthly installments came to about R1200 a month. Now fnb comes back to me after all the trouble i went through and says they cannot give me more due to if they give me more the interest rate will go up and affordablilty will be an issue again.... FNB made me spend R12000 to tell me sorry.. I am banking with fnb for 10 Years now i want to buy my first house and my own bank doesn't even want to help me, not even with a vehicle. But MFC/Nedbank who i do not have a nothing with will give me finance on a vehicle that cost 350k. What happend to first time buyers will qualify up to 100% bond? They want to give me R820000 on 10.3 interest rate... drop the interest with .3 and still get more than prime, but no the more money fnb makes out of their clients the better for them. <br> <br> WORST BANK EVER!!!!!
