FNB - Worst bank ever
This bank is shocking with service. I received a mail letting me know that one of my debit orders has been cancelled and reversed and need to let the company know as well that I am cancelling. I NEVER CANCELLED IT!!! This debit order has been going off for years. Their lines never get answered. When my call was eventually answered I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Nobody can help me!!!
I am disgusted and will be moving my account to a new bank. Had more than enough from FNB. Worst bank ever.
