FNB _ Worst Bank ever

I received the worst service from FNB debt review department. My profile with FNB incorrectly states that I am under debt review. I went to the branch to sort it out and they said I needed to call their debt review department. I waited 3 weeks for feedback after the call and no one cared to give me an update on what is going on.

I finally called and spoke to 3 consultants who were not willing to listen to anything I had to say. I fi. Ally spoke to Jacob who was sarcastic and not willing to hear what I had to say nor give me a detailed explanation on what needs to happen to have this sorted out. It seems with FNB procedure is the Bible and the managers can't apply their minds when scenarios differ.

All I was expecting from a bank I've been with for over 9 years is pro active leadership where Jacob listens to WHT I have to say, call the DC who listed me and find out what the issue is. Secondly I expected them to at least pull my NCR status and check if I am under debt review. They can even pull an ITC on my name to check this.

Instead I am shut down, treated like an idiot. Now I don't even know what I need to do to sort this out. Forced to consider looking for Nother bank to bank with.

Sad/heart broken and disappointed at the bank that calls me a private client. Charge me high fees for it and then treat me like tresh ?
