FNB worst bank ever
FNB just don't know what to say am so frustrated they are always deducting my loan twice you call them you hold for hours and no one is they to assist cant wait to finish this and never have to deal with them, consultants are arrogant who keeps transferring your call so irritating and time consuming to deal with them , this is not the first time sine i have had the load they always do it . Ombuds must do something about them . If not assisted i will have to report to the Ombudsman this is so unfair to have to keep calling them about one and the same thing ,
