Fnb worst bank ever

I had 2 temp loans with FNB which was paid up last year till now on my experian report it shows outstanding,called Experian they stated FNB didn't send them the paid up letter and therafter I uploaded and disputed on Experian and they still want FNB to send them email.

Fnb is useless called over 5 times till now no update on the matter
