FNB WORST BANK EVER!!!

Around the 22nd of November my Business account with FNB was hacked into and all my funds were cleaned out.

The most frustrating thing for me is that I didn't even receive an OTP for all those foreign transactions. And No FNB they didn't use my card because it is with me!!!

They opened a ***** case and promised to get back to me but no one has given me feedback till today.

I want my money back because I did not authorize all these purchases, I didn't receive an OTP. I wasn't even aware the transactions were happening.

I worked too damn hard for you guys to let people access my account just like that and take my money!!!

Your security when it comes to protecting our money is ****ing wea**** I am definitely moving my business account somewhere else!!!

This has inconvenienced me so much because I had to ask people to lend me money to survive all because FNB doesn't give a **** about their clients!!!

The same thing has happened to me a few years ago and I let it go because I didn't know better. They didn't even give me a case number.
