FNB, worst bank by far ( cannot issue a replacement card)

Last week my Credit card was cancelled because of a dispute.

I have been trying for a week now to get a replacement card. As a private client, I called my personal banker who could not help me and told me that I need to use the mobile app. I tried that, but cannot click on (accept the declaration) as it is greyed out.

I called again, could not get vetted as the link is not send to my mobile app

I emailed my private banker, nothing

I tried the FNB web application. And this told me my “card is not plastic” Ok, so I have tried all means.

FNB, you have become the worst bank by far. I will be cancelling my Credit card today at a branch, because clearly as a private client i do not have a private banker as promised.
