FNB worst bank and people in South Africa

Hi, I received an sms saying I should use my cheque account before it goes inactive.

You can quite frankly suck my gemstones. You guys DEACTIVATED it when I lost my job. I lost my job after emergency back surgery that left me disabled for over a year. You are the reason I don’t have a working bank account. I cannot send or receive money because of you.

Don’t send me messages now saying my account is going to become inactive. AFTER you sent me a host of messages saying how I can throw my card into the trash and my FNB account is no longer active. Snarky phone calls from agents demanding payments or I can’t use my account.

I will NEVER use FNB due to how I was treated. 20 years of being a private client for you to lock my account and hand me over to debt collecting while I lay paralyzed on my back for 9 months from major back surgery. Bad news I’ve informed all debt collectors that I disagree, and I do. I won’t pay.

Don’t you dare send me messages pretending my account is active. When I get income again the last people who will see one cent is you. I will fight you in court for the debt as well, as our constitution will protect me on account of being unemployed and partially disabled. You have literally held my money capabilities hostage, and all my FNB assets and facilities frozen and removed from me. Now you want me pay you? You want me to use your facility?

Guess what? ABSA bank understood all of this and helped with EVERYTHING, and I’m busy sorting out my ABSA because they came to the table. They didn’t just go ‘It’s not our problem’ like your FNB call agents. So in the same light, dear FNB your debt on my name is not MY problem, ok?

You guys are a joke. Don’t message me at all, stop harassing and contacting me, don’t pretend you want my business now, I won’t give you a damn cent and I contend every piece of debt you claim I have, I disagree, I owe you nothing. Stop harassing me with phone calls and lies all day.
