Fnb worst bank after lodging a complaint in October still no contact

After a complaint in October regarding fnb and their fees on my account that kept on accumulating to thousands while I was unemployed still no response or any contact I enjoyed using their services but they are the worst bank to deal with if you bank with them just take your business elsewhere as the care less about their customers
